🏪 Making a Sale
1. Tap any product in the grid to add it to the cart
2. Use − / + buttons to adjust quantity
3. Optionally enter the customer name at the top of the cart
4. Tap CHARGE 💰 to open the payment screen
5. Choose Cash, Utang, or Digital — fill in the amount — confirm
6. A receipt will pop up automatically. Save as image or CSV if needed
📒 Utang (Credit)
• When a customer doesn't pay now, charge as Utang
• Their balance is tracked under Customers → Utang tab
• To collect payment, open the customer and tap Collect Payment
• Partial payments are allowed — balance updates automatically
📦 Inventory & Restocking
• Add products via Inventory → + Add
• Set a Cost Price per product to track profit
• Tap +Restock on any product to add stock. Enter supplier and cost
• Low stock alerts fire automatically when stock drops to threshold (default: 5)
• Add a Barcode to products to enable barcode scanning at POS
🏁 Batchout (End of Day)
• Go to Batchout at the end of your shift
• Count your physical cash and enter it in Cash Drawer Reconciliation
• The app shows expected cash vs declared — any variance is flagged
• Tap Close Batch — today's sales are archived and the counter resets
👥 Customers (Suki)
• Every named sale creates/updates a customer profile automatically
• View full purchase history, outstanding utang, and notes per customer
• Add location and notes to keep track of your regular suki
📊 Reports & AI Advice
• Overview — today's sales, all-time totals, top sellers
• Per Cashier — who sold how much
• Transactions — last 40 sales with details
• AI tab — enter your target income, get assistant guidance on pricing and what to stock
🔒 Security & Admin
• Set an Admin Password in Settings → Security to protect sensitive screens
• Logs, Reconciliation History, and Admin Settings all require the admin password
• Every access attempt is recorded in the Activity Log
• Unsecure Mode (solo operators only) — skips login entirely
👤 Users & PIN
• Tap your name on the login screen to enter — it goes straight to POS if no PIN is set
• Set a PIN in Settings → Session → Set PIN
• Auto-logout returns to the login screen after inactivity (default: 5 min, configurable)
💾 Backup & Data
• All data is stored locally on this device
• Export a full JSON backup from Settings → Data → Export
• Import to restore or transfer data to another device
• ⚠️ Clear All Data is irreversible — export first!
💡 Tip: Use the Store Note on the login screen to leave messages for other users — like a daily opening reminder or low stock heads-up.
