Homeground PH now appears as an external Lab specimen: a live buyer-first property directory and lead-generation MVP with structured requirements, shortlist comparison, source visibility, and introduction routing. The project remains hosted separately; the Library only records what the experiment is testing.

Reporting moved out of the Desk tab and into Operations as its own Workbench page. The first-visit start-here popup moved from a dark bubble with low-contrast text to a clean white card with full-contrast type, colour-coded route spines, and a small guide tag. The one popup that interrupts to be read now earns it.
Two Lab pieces adopted a shared blueprint design language: gridded paper, a lead-to-cash spine, and colour-coded subsystems. The Trades CRM became a full discovery-notes / MVP-design spread — the offer mapped before it is built, since the real system lives in an operations platform rather than HTML — and the Politician Tier List was reskinned into the same language while keeping its live scoring, filters, tier board, and evidence drawer.
A hardening pass on the store's records. Clear All Data now removes only Sari2POS keys instead of wiping the whole site; backup import validates the file and auto-saves a safety copy before replacing anything; exports carry a signature and now include restock logs; and receipts escape customer and product names. Product search is debounced, and Enter completes a cash sale.
The parked civic concept became a playable Lab prototype with demo-only profiles, weighted scoring, tier grouping, comparison, source trails, issue-fit bottlenecks, and search visibility. The Trades CRM Lab card was softened into discovery notes so it does not overpromise before the technical spine is clear.
Sari2POS was split from a single-file Lab prototype into a portable HTML shell, stylesheet, and runtime bundle. A developer handoff now documents the browser contract, storage keys, and APK extraction path so future work can continue without reopening the whole prototype at once.
The Lab was brought back into the same public-page visual system as Home, About, Library, Notes, and Contact: a full image cover, unified cover height, shared image fade behavior, and Lab-specific prototype content below the header instead of a detached standalone layout.
The Lab was reworked again after the first visual pass read too much like the rest of the site. It now has its own prototype-bench language: a build queue, mini POS screen, experiment shelf, status measures, and a tighter local-first identity without borrowing a public-page cover treatment.

The top navigation now calls the experimental side door what it is: Lab. The Lab landing page was rebuilt as a cleaner ledger of experiments, with Sari2POS, the trades CRM service experiment, and parked civic tooling separated from the Library archive and the Workbench tools.
A restrained typography and presentation pass brought the public pages back into one family: calmer hero sizes, tighter section heading scale, sharper card geometry, and a quieter Workbench nav and ledger rhythm.
The Billing calculator kept its engine but lost the cockpit feel: history became the first side rail, variables moved behind a details panel, manual exchange rates show only in Currency mode, and the keyboard handler no longer captures input while the tab is hidden.
A new Lab wing shipped for experiments like Sari2POS, while the Reading Room gained a multi-book shelf and reader for ANACHRONIZM. Projects/Library was reworked around the archive: systems built, trilogy volumes, operating memory, drafting table, and off-the-clock writing.
A new Grimoire-map template kind turns four books into editable diagrams — the automation pattern model, the orchestration layer, organizational physics, and the remote-work path. Every node deep-links to the exact section it maps to, so a board doubles as a guided reading path.
The Workbench nav and Desk were grouped by job — Operations, Writing desk, Thinking, Reference — so the tools read at a glance instead of as one long row. Added a whole-workbench backup: export every workspace to one file and restore it on any machine. Billing and Desk views became deep-linkable.
Universal search was rewritten from a flat list into a ranked engine: full-text across every Note, jump-to-section results for 400+ Grimoire chapters, grouped results with snippets and highlighting, typo tolerance, and a closest-match fallback when nothing matches every word. Grimoire sections also gained hover copy-links and an arrival highlight.
This changelog — a version chip in the footer that opens the full history of the site, kept as a single editable data file. The thing you are reading now.
A full audit of the Billing Workspace, then the fixes: a calculator crash-loop that could block saved data from loading, silent period-date corruption, low-contrast small text, negative-rate and empty-export edge cases, keyboard access for the custom-hours stepper. Every repair verified live.
A fifth “custom” state joined the calendar’s click cycle, with an inline − h + stepper right in the day cell so anyone whose hours vary can bill exact hours per day. Totals count them precisely in both hourly and daily modes.
A calculator arrived beside the personal budget — rebuilt around a strong engine: scientific functions, currency-aware math on your own manual rates, and named variables. Local-first, tested.

The reading-guide “ghost” refined and fixed; editorial passes gave grimoires a consistent voice; thin modules expanded to full depth; nav and layout bugs squashed; a “Start Here” routing block added.
Grimoire 014 added as a 30-chapter field manual — the front gate for newcomers — indexed, cross-linked, illustrated, and capped with a visual “Speedrun.” The favicon became an open book.
Grimoires 012 and 013 published, a light reading-guide personality layer added, layouts unified, and SEO plus “Related Grimoires” links rolled out across the shelf.
Everything moved to a dedicated repository and relaunched as “The Library”: grimoires 001–008, the money/work/organizations trilogy (009–011), and eleven field notes, under a uniform look with a full SEO foundation. The old site was retired the same day behind redirects that preserve every URL.
